Three years in the building — and a lifelong passion. Convergence AI is the fusion of artificial intelligence, technology, and a fast-moving financial and geopolitical world that demands new infrastructure and new systems to match. Indaba is one of those systems — a case-intelligence platform that turns complex matters into clear paths forward. What follows is that platform, working on a live matter.
Indaba — an African term for a gathering of the wise and the council: elders and kin convened to hear a matter of importance and reason it, together, to a just resolution.
It lands in the case file, tagged where you choose and visible to whom you choose. (Demo — no file leaves this page.)
Our late father's family home (No. 6) and the company that holds it were placed in the Performance Trust in 1996 for his two sons, Danny and Noel. After his death, our cousin George Rollo claims sole ownership on the strength of 100 shares in his name — and, with his wife Aisha, dealt with the estate's money and assets (incl. the 4 Howden proceeds) outside any lawful administration. We dispute the claim in full and are moving to vindicate the Trust, compel a full accounting, and recover what is ours.
The buckets we track every case against. Each rolls up into overall readiness — this is where everyone checks what's done, what's next, and where we stand.

🔒 Format flags reflect the current case record. “Held” means logged in the file; confirming a downloadable original still depends on getting the source document in hand.

The family home (No. 6 Isabella Lane) and the company that holds it, Performance Consulting Services (Pvt) Ltd, were placed in The Performance Trust (1996) for the late father’s two sons, Danny & Noel. After his passing, our cousin Stephen George Rollo claims sole ownership on the strength of 100 shares recorded in his name — and, with his wife Aisha, dealt with the estate’s money and assets outside any lawful administration. We dispute the claim in full and are moving to vindicate the Trust, compel a full accounting, and recover what is ours.

The studio behind Indaba — the fusion of artificial intelligence, technology, and a fast-moving financial and geopolitical world that demands new infrastructure. Three years in the building and a lifelong passion: systems that turn complexity into clear paths forward. Indaba is one of them — and it shares an engine with everything below.
Indaba was built in the middle of a real matter: our own family’s fight to protect what our late father built. He never got to see it.
Estates, claims and disputes arrive at the worst possible moment — and too often the people who must carry them are grieving, scattered, and outmatched by whoever kept the better records. We decided the answer wasn’t another folder of documents. It was a system: one calm, private place where the truth of a matter is gathered, organised and made ready — so a family walks in already strong.
The work we do is, at heart, about protecting legacy. Sometimes we don’t get to choose the role — we become the bearers, the ones who have to walk through it ourselves. Indaba is what we built so the next family doesn’t have to walk through it alone.
Founder & CEO of Convergence AI — a technologist, builder and futurist who has spent three decades at the frontier: from smart-card and payment systems and early Bitcoin, to African-market expansion, to today’s AI-powered platforms.
He builds where technology meets financial literacy, agricultural advocacy and diaspora community — guided by the philosophy of his forthcoming book, The Ubuntu Capitalist: that we rise by lifting others.
Indaba’s roots are personal and hard-won. Danny worked embedded with two law firms — LLPP and WBAA — on the Discrimination Financial Assistance Program, one of the largest efforts to right historic injustice against Black farmers in America. Touring the country, sitting with farmers, and translating discrimination into plain legal terms on the roadshow was a first-hand education in how cases are truly built — and where they break down. Indaba is what he built to fix that.

Indaba is an AI-powered case-management & intelligence platform. It turns scattered documents, emails and testimony into one structured, evidence-linked, decision-ready file — assembling in days the kind of preparation that would otherwise take months.
The savings are the point. It collapses the hours a person spends organising a matter, and — because it hands professionals a case that is already built — it cuts the costly back-and-forth with lawyers and advisers. Everyone works from one tracked, always-current file, so progress is visible to all.
One engine, three setups — chosen by template at signup, and white-labelled for any organisation.
What happens the moment you sign up. You create a matter and drag in whatever you have — documents, PDFs, photos, statements. Indaba's AI reads and structures them into one evidence-linked file: a timeline of events, an ownership and money map, tracked correspondence with deadlines, and witness intake you can take by text, voice or video right in the file. What would take weeks of shoebox-sorting is assembled in days.
Indaba doesn't magically read your inbox. To have it review your email, you connect your mailbox once through secure sign-in (OAuth) with Google or Microsoft. You approve it on Google's or Microsoft's own screen, Indaba is granted read-only access, and you can revoke it at any time — your password is never shared with us.
Once connected, the AI scans the threads that relate to your matter, pulls the ones that matter, and links them into the file as evidence — with dates, people and context already attached.
Most tools do one slice — store your files, or answer a question. Indaba assembles the whole matter into a single decision-ready file and keeps it current.
Indaba was born from one family's fight, but the shape of the problem repeats everywhere: someone with a lot at stake, a pile of scattered evidence, and professionals who charge to assemble what they could have arrived with already built. Here's what that looks like across the people Indaba serves — click any one to walk through it.
A cross-border estate, a contested trust, decades of documents. Indaba assembled in days what a legal team would bill for months.
Walk through it →Cap tables, contracts, IP and a co-founder falling-out. One file that shows who agreed to what, and when.
Walk through it →A collective standing on ground it has held for generations. Scattered testimony and records, marshalled into one shared, evidence-linked case.
Walk through it →An insurer, an employer, a landlord. The person with the most at stake and the least support — finally arriving organised.
Walk through it →Instead of a shoebox, counsel receives a structured file — timeline, exhibits, money map — and bills for judgment, not sorting.
Walk through it →Family, assets and paperwork spread across countries and time zones. One place everyone can see, contribute to, and trust.
Walk through it →Short, plain-language pieces that show Indaba in real situations — how a family runs an estate matter, how a coordinator handles a claim for someone they love, how a founder runs a raise with their inner circle. Read one to see the platform through a real story.
When an estate becomes a dispute — and how one organised file changes the odds.
Read →One coordinator, several parties, one shared picture — how a matter stays on track.
Read →Invite-only sharing, honest commentary, and a light data room — a calmer way to raise.
Read →More articles are being added — the full library will live here.
Indaba is an AI-powered case-management and intelligence platform that turns scattered documents, emails and testimony into one structured, evidence-linked, decision-ready file. It was built and battle-tested on a live, cross-border estate dispute — assembling in days the kind of case preparation a legal team would bill for months.
The legal-technology market is large and growing fast, with AI the primary driver. Yet the incumbents are built as per-seat practice-management systems for law firms. They serve the firm — not the individual, the family, the founder, the community organisation or the advocate who must assemble and prove a matter, often the people with the most at stake and the least access.
That is Indaba's opening. One engine, three editions (Case, Works, Venture), deployable as a self-contained, branded app in days — with an optional secure backend for multi-user accounts, storage, transcription and automated alerts.
And the savings are the headline. Indaba delivers value on both sides of the table: it collapses the hours a person spends organising and reconstructing a matter into a file built in days, and — because it hands professionals a case that is already built — it sharply cuts the costly back-and-forth with advisers.
